The Process - How it Works

We've spent the best part of 15 years defining and refining our processes, so we're experts at drawing the information out of your head and translating that into ideas on paper. Here's how we've found it works best: 

1. Clarify

Gaining clarity around your brand is the most crucial step. It’s getting the conditions exactly right for that seed of a business idea to grow – soil, air, temperature, sun, water, nutrients, music… there are a lot of elements to align in order to curate your success. 

Here we'll meet, research, come up with a design brief and discuss your strategy. 

3. Collaborate

Your business journey is a personal one. It makes sense that you’ll have ideas and opinions to consider. I tweak the concepts to your liking. We might also bring other services on board at this point like copywriting, illustration & photography. This is your sapling taking it’s full grown shape. 

Your feedback will be welcomed, we'll refine the brand and super-size it. 

2. Create

We pull the creative brand ideas together into visual concepts for you to consider. The presentation is often an exciting time where you’ll catch the first glimpse of your brands inception – the first time that new shoot peeps it’s tiny green head above the surface of the soil. 

Expect logo design, brand concepts and a whole lot of excitement.

4. Communicate

You can’t sell a secret! You’ll need your brand on business cards, stationery, signage, vehicles, uniforms and more. If your business is product-based we’ll translate the brand into 3-dimensional packaging. Now is also the perfect time to design your website, systems and customer experience.

We deliver all the logo files you need

All of our logo and brand packages come with a USB full of files to help make branding your marketing easy. And if you don't understand the difference between file #1 and file #64, that's perfectly normal.

While the files might seem similar, it's my job to provide you with the right file for any scenario.

We hand over a large variety of files as there are many logo formats and possibilities for your logo, including light and dark backgrounds, and vertical and horizontal arrangements.

You'll also get a bunch of other file types like jpg, gif, png and pdf that you can use on letterheads, email signatures and more.

No matter how you choose to use your files, you will be able to make a great impression.
