Need a logo?  Here's how it happens:

1.  Contact:  Contact us for a quote or to place your order.  We will have you complete a job brief form which will provide us with the information we need to get started.  We may contact you if we need more information or clarification.

2.  Initial concepts:  Initial no obligation logo concepts will be delivered to you, either in person or by email.  At this point you have no obligation to purchase any of the initial logo concepts and you are welcome to cancel your quote or request a start over.  If you would like to continue and refine a logo we will then listen to your feedback and make one set of changes to an initial design based on your preferences.  At this stage we will also refine colours and text at your request.

3.  Final logo design:  The final logo design is refined and offered to you for your approval.  We can make futher changes at this point which will be charged at our standard rate of $65 per hour. 

4.  Stationery & Business Cards:  If you have requested any additional products such as business cards or stationery templates, the first proofs will be supplied to you once we have finalised the logo you love.  One set of changes to each product is included in the quote.  Further changes will be charged at our standard rate of $65 per hour. 

5.  Payment:  Once happy with your logo design and stationery templates you will receive an invoice for the job as quoted including charges for changes outside the initial brief as specified above and for any printed materials you wish to receive.  Our standard terms are payment within 7 days.  We require payment prior to ordering your printed materials which will be delivered to you free of charge within New Zealand.  All logo's, designs, templates and printed materials will remain the property of Crisp Graphics Ltd until payment is received in full.

6.  Supply:  Once approved your logo will be supplied to you on disc in the following industry standard formats: EPS, JPG, PDF & GIF.  Stationery templates and other products will be supplied on disc in the format/s that best suit your needs and printed stationery items will be delivered to you free of charge within New Zealand.  Delivery of larger items such as signage may incur freight costs.

Full terms and conditions will be supplied at the time of the quote and will need to be agreed to prior to any work being undertaken.
